Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

To confirm your booking with Marrakech Sweet Travel, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. Full payment must be made before the tour or transfer begins. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

If any errors occur in the booking process, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the service start time will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, no refunds will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Marrakech Sweet Travel reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Health & Safety

Your safety is our utmost priority. All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by our staff during tours or transfers. Marrakech Sweet Travel is not liable for any injuries caused by non-compliance with these safety protocols.

Please inform us of any health conditions or special requirements at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Marrakech Sweet Travel is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during our services. Participants are encouraged to ensure their belongings are secure at all times.

Our services are conducted with the highest standards of safety and professionalism. However, Marrakech Sweet Travel will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party providers or external factors beyond our control.
